Refund Policy

At Ilsa Garments, we care about your satisfaction and want you to feel confident while shopping with us. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order.

Refund Eligibility Criteria:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Items showing signs of use, damage, perfume, or stains will not be accepted.
• You must notify us through WhatsApp or email within 3 days with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.

Refund Processing:

• Once the item is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 15 to 20 working days via your original method of payment or bank transfer.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note: We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
