Exchange Policy

We want you to love how you look and feel in our clothes. If the size isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’re happy to help with an exchange.

Exchange Guidelines:

• You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be in clean, undamaged, and unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Exchange is allowed for size issues only; color or design changes are not applicable.

How to Request an Exchange:

• Contact our support team with your order number and required size.
• Send the item back to us via courier (customer bears the return courier charges).
• Once we receive and inspect the product, we will dispatch your new size.

Important Note: If the required size is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or an alternative product.
